BIRTHDAY PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to secure your party booking a 50% non-refundable deposit based on 8 children (£64) must be paid. 

Until the deposit has been paid Playful Pottery reserves the right to offer the date and time to other customers.

The balance of the party will be paid on the day of the event.

Party bookings are for a minimum of 8 children (including the birthday child).

One week before your party you will need to: 

a) Inform us of the final numbers of children attending the party (including the birthday child).

b) Inform us of any allergies or other dietary requirements.

c) Tell us your selection of sandwich fillings .

We will always do our best to accommodate any variations but we reserve the right not to alter the listed foods.

Playful Pottery does not provide food for adults staying at the parties.

Drinks must be purchased from the selection offered at Playful Pottery.

If on the day of the event some of the invited children do not attend, we will only charge you for the catering aspect of the party which will be £5.00 per non attending child.


  

Private Hire Terms and conditions

In order to secure your booking a non-refundable hiring fee of 5 per person  would need to be paid in advance.

The minimum number for people attending a Private Hire event is 8.

Playful Pottery reserves the right to offer the date and time to other customers if the hiring fee has not been paid.

Hot and cold drinks must be purchased from the selection offered at Playful Pottery but alcoholic drinks can be brought in if desired.


RETURNING TO FINISH YOUR POTTERY PAINTING 

We are happy for you to return to the shop to complete your pottery if you run out of time on your first session. However you must return within 2 weeks of your starting date. After that we will take your pottery to our home studio and you will need to contact us to make arrangements for your pottery to be brought back into the shop for you to finish.
